FROM SOUTH JERSEY:

• Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 153.
• Take ramp Left for Route 3 toward Meadowlands Sports Complex/Lincoln Tunnel for approximately 3 miles.
• Take ramp for Route 21 South toward Newark.
• Stay on Route 21 South for approximately 7 miles.
• Turn Right onto Raymond Boulevard.
• Follow Raymond Boulevard to Park Place.
• Turn Right and proceed to 60 Park Place.

• Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 129.
• Take ramp Right to I-95 North/NJ Turnpike North (stay in Cars/Buses Lanes).
• At Exit 13A, take ramp Right to Route 81 North toward Newak Int'l Airport/Elizabeth Seaport.
• Bear Right onto US 1 North/US 1 & 9 North/Route 9 North.
• Take ramp Left for Route 21 North/ McCarter Highway toward Newark.
• Take ramp Right and follow signs for Broad Street.
• Bear Right at Broad Street and follow to Park Place.
• Bear Right and proceed to 60 Park Place.

FROM PHILADELPHIA AREA:

• Depart via I-676 East/Vine Street Expressway.
• Take ramp for North 6th Street toward the Ben Franklin Bridge.
• Cross bridge into New Jersey.
• Keep Left onto US 30 East.
• Stay on US 30 East for approximately 2 miles and bear Left onto Route 38 for approximately 5.5 miles.
• Take ramp Right to Route 73 South toward NJ Turnpike.
• Take NJ Turnpike (I-95) North toward New York.
• At Exit 13A, take ramp Right to Route 81 North toward Newak Int'l Airport/Elizabeth Seaport.
• Bear Right onto US 1 North/US 1 & 9 North/Route 9 North.
• Take ramp Left for Route 21 North/McCarter Highway toward Newark.
• Take ramp Right and follow signs for Broad Street.
• Bear Right at Broad Street and follow to Park Place.
• Bear Right and proceed to 60 Park Place.

• After exiting tunnel, keep Left onto SR 139 West.
• Stay Left onto US 1 South/US 1 and 9 South/US 9 South (also known as the Pulaski Highway).
• Proceed over the NJ Turnpike and take ramp for Raymond Boulevard toward Newark.
• Stay on Raymond Boulevard for approximately 2 miles.
• Turn Right onto Park Place, and proceed to 60 Park Place.

FROM NEWARK LIBERTY
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

• Bear Right onto Hotel Road.
• Bear Left onto roadway leading toward US 1 North / US 1 and 9 North/toward Newark - Downtown.
• Take ramp Left for ST-21 north (McCarter Highway) toward Newark.
• Follow signs for Broad Street.
• Bear Right at Broad Street and follow to Park Place.
• Bear Right and proceed to 60 Park Place.
