JMT is committed to bringing onboard the best and brightest
talent in the industry. We recognize the valuable
contributions that well-qualified new graduates make to the growth
of our Firm. As part of our ongoing search for top talent,
JMT actively recruits at schools via campus Career Fairs, Academic
Departments, Student Associations and Career Centers.
At JMT, we understand the importance of providing students the
opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of the engineering and
technology fields. Through our Internship and Co-op
Programs, students have the opportunity to work first hand
on projects with experienced staff that provide guidance through
project tasks and provide meaningful career advice and
opportunities. The program consists of:
- Welcome Orientation
- Learn a Discipline Seminars
- Project Site Visit(s)
- Career Workshops
- Intern Outing
