JMT is dedicated to giving back to the community through both charitable donations and volunteer work.  The firm was recently recognized for providing four or more days of disaster relief support to the American Red Cross Save the Day initiative.  Rebuilding Baltimore Together, Race for the Cure, Blood Drives, Daffodil Days, and our annual United Way Campaign are just a few of the events that JMT employees participate in each year to help strengthen and enrich the communities in which they live and work.  In addition, interested employees may choose to participate in the Community Service Committee, which supports and encourages other members of the firm to get involved in various community initiatives throughout the year.
