Annual Awards Banquet
While our employee owners are dedicated professionals who work
hard, they still find time to have fun! The firm sponsors
recreational sports teams such as co-ed softball, basketball,
volleyball and indoor soccer. At JMT, we believe that
these events not only promote teambuilding, but they are also great
wellness activities for our employees. In addition to having
fun, the firm offers numerous corporate events throughout the
year.
- Annual Awards Banquets celebrate the past
year's successes and recognizes employees for their outstanding
achievements. It also is a time to congratulate the
Employee(s) of the Year, and to honor promotion and milestone
service award recipients.
- Annual Picnics are always fun for
employees and their families to enjoy good food, good company and
activities for the kids.
- Annual Golf Outing is always a friendly
competitive event where employees team up in groups of four
to enjoy an afternoon on the links.
- Monthly Office Parties are opportunities for
co-workers to interact, enjoy dinner and receive an update on our
marketing efforts and important corporate announcements.
Additionally, we proudly congratulate the employee(s) of the
month.
- Annual "JMT 2020" Meetings are when we convey
our strategic growth plan goals and the progress we have made from
the previous year.
