In the continually evolving engineering community, the greatest indicator of a successful firm lies in its people.  JMT is strongly committed to fostering the professional growth and development of our employees.  To that end, we have an established Mentoring Program which offers new employees the opportunity to receive professional guidance and support by building relationships with seasoned professionals throughout the firm.  The purpose of the Mentoring Program is to create a smooth transition to JMT, enhance career development and strengthen communication within the firm.  The transfer of skills and knowledge from experienced professionals to newer members of the firm provides continuity, succession management and continued learning for all involved.  In addition, JMT also offers a Leadership Development Program, which enables interested employees to enhance their project management abilities while acquiring the business management and leadership skills needed for continuing individual and company growth.  The program is designed to meet the needs of managers and prospective managers who have not undertaken formal management training. The curriculum includes seminars, in-house conferences and self-study work shared with other program participants.  Through this initiative, JMT is committed to the professional growth and development of its staff, which serves to strengthen the growth and continuity of the firm.
