JMT employees work hard, but still find time to have fun!  The firm sponsors recreational sports teams such as co-ed softball, basketball, volleyball and indoor soccer.  Additionally, there are numerous corporate events held each year.  The Awards Banquet provides an opportunity for employees to be recognized for their outstanding achievements, to congratulate the Employee of the Year, and to honor promotion and service award recipients.  Our Annual JMT Picnic is an event where employees and their families enjoy good food in addition to various activities including a moon bounce for the kids, a clown, face painter, and the always-popular dunking booth, just to name a few.  Employees team up in groups of four to enjoy an afternoon on the links at JMT's Annual Golf Outing.  At the annual holiday party employees celebrate the holiday season.  JMT values our people and through these events, we can recognize, reward and have fun on both a social and professional level.
