Vision Statement:
Hughesville will be a vibrant rural community with a main street that is pedestrian in scale and lined with local shops. It is a place where people can meet in public spaces adjacent to refurbished store fronts. It is a place where main street provides the commercial services required by the surrounding local community and where the public facilities adequately serve the needs of residents.
