Public transportation continues to be an integral component of transportation networks in the 21st century.  For more than twenty years, JMT has provided transit agencies and railroad companies with professional planning, environmental, civil engineering, and construction phase services to support their various programs for the development of new facilities and the expansion or improvement of existing facilities.

 Our projects have involved heavy and light rail as well as buses.  We have performed passenger rail corridor and station planning; design of station platforms, railroad bridges, pedestrian tunnels and bridges, shelters, and park-and-ride lots; track design and inspection; multimodal transit center planning and design; building rehabilitations, and planning, design and construction management for rolling stock maintenance and storage facilities.
