Sparks, MD - JMT has been named once again as one of the “Top 50 Best Civil Engineering Firms To Work For” in a competition sponsored by CE News magazine. This year marks JMT’s fifth consecutive appearance on the list. The firm was ranked #35 overall among nearly 150 competing firms, and #7 among large firms (those with 500 or more employees). A panel of judges established the rankings after completing a thorough evaluation and comparison of the firms. Each firm responded to an extensive questionnaire regarding workplace culture, benefits, performance/recognition practices, compensation, professional development programs, recruiting and retention efforts, and more. In addition, employees completed confidential surveys online that were used to measure workplace satisfaction. At JMT, we acknowledge the value of highly-skilled employees and the importance of maintaining a positive work environment for them.
