JMT Commemorates 35th Anniversary

Sparks, MD - Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, founded in 1971 in Silver Spring, Maryland, celebrated the company’s 35th Anniversary at JMT’s Sparks, Maryland Corporate Headquarters on December 1, 2005.  Today, JMT has over 450 employees in eleven offices across six states throughout the Eastern U.S.  JMT’s success is a result of our commitment to provide our clients with a knowledgeable and dedicated staff who produce the highest quality engineering services on time and within budget.

Over 375 invited guests and employees attended this Anniversary Celebration. The evening was highlighted by President Fred Mirmiran receiving a Congratulatory Letter from U.S. Congressman “Dutch” Ruppersberger, a Governor’s Citation from Maryland Governor Robert Ehrlich’s representative, and an Executive Citation from the Office of Baltimore County Executive James Smith’s representative. The evening was reminiscent of JMT’s engineering accomplishments and community service throughout the years. Congressman Ruppersberger stated: “Your community service has been exemplary and has established Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson as a leader in the community.”
