Herman W. Lloyd Joins JMT

Mount Laurel, NJ - Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) is pleased to announce that Herman W. Lloyd has joined JMT as Vice President and Branch Manager of our new Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office which will be opened in the near future.  Currently he is based in our Mount Laurel, New Jersey office.   Mr. Lloyd is also Regional Manager for our Construction Management and Inspection operations in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  His responsibilities include profit and loss responsibility, business development and marketing, and staff growth and development for our current operations, as well as developing and implementing plans for expansion within the region.
 
JMT and our clients will benefit greatly from Mr. Lloyd's 44 years of experience in the fields of engineering and construction.  He recently retired as president of SITE-Blauvelt Engineers, Inc., a 400-person consultant engineering and construction management firm with offices throughout the eastern United States.  Previously, Herman served as Assistant District Construction Engineer and Resident Engineer in Engineering District 6-0 during his 29-year tenure with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. 
 
Mr. Lloyd holds a Bachelor degree in Organizational Management and an Associate degree in Civil Engineering.  He has served as president and on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers.
 
The addition of Mr. Lloyd to JMT will give our clients the full advantage of his experience and leadership.
