Pittsburgh, PA - Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) is pleased to announce that Bradley J. Marsteller, P.E., PTOE, has joined our Pittsburgh office. Mr. Marsteller will oversee the traffic work in our Pittsburgh and York, Pennsylvania offices. Brad has more than sixteen years experience in traffic operations and design, and he is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Brad’s experience includes various projects for PennDOT, Allegheny County and transportation/highway departments in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Connecticut and Washington, DC. Locally, Brad worked as Lead Traffic Engineer and Primary Traffic Analyst on several PennDOT District 11 projects. These included the Wheeling & Lake Erie/Parkway West/Banksville Road Connector project, the Route 51 Traffic Signal Enhancements project and the I-279/Parkway West Interstate Designation project. He also served as Project Manager on the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission’s Regional Parking Users Surveys project and as Chief Traffic Analyst for the South Hills Village Parking Structure project. As a Traffic Designer, Brad developed traffic and revenue studies for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s Mon-Fayette and Southern Beltway Transportation Projects. |
