Newark, DE - Larry G. Trout, Jr., P.E. has joined JMT as an Associate and Chief Water Resources Engineer in our Newark, Delaware office. He has over 11 years of experience in water resources engineering. The addition of Larry Trout will provide greater depth and expertise in water resources for our Delaware and Maryland clients. Larry has expertise in a wide range of engineering services related to hydrology and hydraulics, such as storm drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, natural channel design stream restoration, wetlands creation, dams, and permitting. Prior to joining JMT, he worked as a consultant and with the Maryland State Highway Administration. Recent Delaware projects include hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for the US 13/US 113 Corridor Capacity Preservation Study, and the New Castle County flood abatement project. His similarly extensive experience in Maryland includes stream restoration for US 1 Hickory Bypass and hydraulic analysis for Union Dam demolition in Patapsco Valley State Park. Mr. Trout is a graduate of Bucknell University with BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Maryland. Larry is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. |
