Project Management Services

JMT was tasked with providing project management services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to perform services in the Facilities & Logistics Services Division (FLSD) as part of their Space Management Unit.

Working with the FBI Space Management Specialists, JMT has been assigned over 30 projects including tenant improvements for the relocation or expansion of a resident agency or field office, secure data centers, and training facilities totaling approximately 500,000 square feet of space.  These projects are scattered throughout the continental United States including Massachusetts, Virginia, California, New Hampshire, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma and Illinois.  The projects are in all phases from site selection to construction.  

JMT’s duties include the reviewing sites to meet selection criteria, assembling project specifications package, developing the design intent drawings, reviewing A&E firm drawings, managing construction, coordinating move activities, and accepting completed work.  We are responsible for coordinating between the Resident Agency or Field Offices, GSA leasing and construction management entities, as well as other FBI departments such as, the Physical Security Unit, Occupational Safety and Environmental Programs, telecommunications and the furniture program manager.
