JMT’s Construction Management Division provides project management, claim analysis, CPM scheduling, constructability review and construction support services to meet the needs of transportation and facility project owners.

Project types include transportation such as roads, bridges, rail, airports and utilities, as well as facilities such as hospitals, schools and treatment plants.

Experience:
JMT has a wealth of experience and knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and methods.  We can staff projects with people who have expertise ranging from heavy construction like earthwork, pile driving, concrete work and steel erection to building renovation and new construction to specialty construction like data center UPS, emergency and normal power, 13.2KV electrical work, HVAC, boiler and chiller plant, building automation systems, elevator rehabilitation, telecommunications facilities, and security systems.

Program Management:
JMT’s CM Division is recognized for its ability to manage construction programs from planning and design through construction and closeout, anticipating problems and developing solutions that enable our clients to maintain their schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Our client base is federal, state and local agencies, as well as private institutions, commercial and industrial concerns throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
