JMT provides a broad range of planning services.  Transportation and traffic planning may involve improvements to a minor intersection or a major interchange and typically address issues such as circulation, safety, and access.  We work with communities on the small scale to instill a sense of place in town centers, and on the large scale to help them prepare for municipal growth through zoning and land development ordinances.  Similarly, JMT provides support when agencies such as utilities plan for facility expansions.
