JMT is currently providing a variety of infrastructure security services for several public agencies in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Region.  The two main categories of our focus are Deterrence and Emergency Response. 

Deterrence relies on risk and threat assessments to develop an understanding of the strengths and acknowledgement of the weaknesses of the built infrastructure.  With that knowledge, we can apply simple design techniques, in combination with technologies such as security and surveillance enhancements, to discourage potential harm-doers.  

JMT’s Emergency Response capabilities result from the combined resources of engineers and information technology specialists who can assess the incident quickly and develop an informed response.  We also specialize in contingency planning and systems redundancy to avoid or minimize the impact of unplanned events.
