JMT provides planning and environmental documentation services to Federal, state and local transportation clients for a variety of projects involving highways, transit, airport, and pedestrian & bicycle facilities.  Our multi-disciplinary planning staff includes registered transportation and urban planners, environmental specialists, traffic engineers, landscape architects, and public relations specialists.  We are equally comfortable with assignments involving specific sites, corridors and regions.

 We are familiar with the guidelines and requirements of regulatory agencies, and we work with modal agencies to establish goals, policies, strategies, and priorities as they update their Long Range Transportation Plans.
