Sustainable Facilities/LEED
Sustainable Facilities and LEED Buildings are designed and
operated with the health of the environment and the occupant in
mind. These facilities result in reduced energy and water
consumption during construction and operation. They are
designed and built with smarter materials, using renewable,
recycled, and repurposed construction products. These
buildings are created to provide a better stock of building to the
owner and / or to comply with third party rating systems such as
the USGBC's LEED program.
JMT understands the big picture from planning down to the small
details. We have experts on staff in all areas necessary for
a fully integrated and sustainable facility including site,
landscape, energy, architecture, plumbing, HVAC, and
electrical. JMT also has the capability to assist clients
with a large portfolio of facilities, by creating a sustainability
plan. JMT's engineers, architects, and planners
coordinate together to provide the full package of a sustainable
design suite of services, as well as provide these services
individually to meet a client's needs.
