JMT's multi-disciplined project teams are led by certified planners assisting clients to develop sustainable plans and projects using a variety of tools and techniques. Our project teams routinely incorporate strategic planning elements within traditional comprehensive plans, integrate smart growth with smart transportation solutions, conduct sustainability assessments, develop form-based and performance-based codes (smart codes), and establish "green design" standards for public space, conservation-by-design standards for development and incentives for buildings and infill development.
